Student Management Support Staff

Job Description Provide one-to-one mentoring and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS). Conduct motivational talks and engagement sessions to promote character development and positive behaviour. Assist with discipline-related fact-finding and investigations. Support neighbourhood patrolling with Key Personnel (KPs) afterschool hours. Assist the Discipline Master with parent engagement on student discipline, behaviour and development. Requirements At least 2 years of experience working with families and children aged 7–14 years. Good interpersonal, communication and engagement skills. Experience in planning and conducting motivational, educational or physical activities for children and youth is an advantage
