CEI Employment Agent (Foreign Worker EA Consultant)

Job Summary We are hiring an experienced CEI-certified Employment Agent / EA Consultant to manage foreign work permit recruitment for corporate clients. 1. Provide professional consultation and customer service to corporate clients on foreign WP recruitment, manpower quota and MOM regulatory compliance.
2. Source new corporate employer hiring orders for foreign worker placement projects daily.
3. Build and update worker matching schedules according to client hiring requirements and confirmed sales orders.
4. Support candidate sourcing, screening and worker matching to fulfil local companies’ manpower recruitment needs.
5. Manage full placement workflow: IPA application, WP Online submission, document verification and worker deployment coordination.
6. Maintain complete EA documentation, employment contracts and administrative records to fully comply with MOM regulations.
7. Conduct regular client follow-ups, track order progress and provide post-placement support to retain corporate clients.
8. Develop repeat business and consistently achieve monthly sales & placement KPIs.
9. Assist in daily agency operations and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in common computer software for daily administration and documentation work.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in manpower agency, corporate sales or foreign worker recruitment.
3. Strong client sourcing, follow-up and communication skills to liaise with corporate stakeholders and internal teams.
4. Patient, accountable and professional when handling client enquiries and placement matters.
5. Resourceful, adaptable, able to work independently and manage own workload.
6. Team player with strong initiative and passion to build career within EA industry.
7. Detail-oriented, versatile and highly self-motivated to hit sales targets.
8. Quick learner who can manage high volume of enquiries, orders and administrative tasks.
9. Valid Basic CEI certification is mandatory for this role; training will not be provided.
