Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

Receive and validate daily card production from card providers.

Organize and sort printed cards and check bank screening processes.

Process bank cards according to designated procedures, including scanning, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Receive and validate delivered card KYC documents, including data validation, signature review, and uploading KYC information.

Prepare and review daily productivity reports.

Handle delivery evidence exceptions and resolve related issues.

Communicate with relevant departments to address and resolve cases.

Participate in assigned tasks related to daily operational processes.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in data entry and validation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of card production processes and industry regulations.

Experience in a similar role (preferred).
