Laundromat Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily laundromat operations. Coordinate and monitor staff activities and schedules. Receive and attend to customers professionally. Ensure clothes and laundry items are properly received, processed, packaged, and delivered. Monitor washing, drying, folding, and ironing processes. Maintain accurate customer orders and payment records Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues promptly Monitor the use and condition of laundry equipment. Manage basic POS and phone transactions Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs. Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and customer-friendly Prepare basic operational reports for management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in laundry, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing environment. Minimum of an OND with 2 years of experience. Previous supervisory or management experience is an advantage Good customer-service and communication skills. Basic knowledge of POS and phone applications. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Honest, responsible, and hard-working Ability to supervise staff effectively. Must be willing to work shifts and weekends.

Location: Akure, Ondo State 

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 120,000 Monthly
