We have exciting opportunities for two KS1 teachers to join our prestigious organisation. One from the 3rd of January 2027 and one from the 21st of March 2027.

Having received outstanding judgments in all 7 areas of the last BSO (British Schools Overseas) inspection, you will be joining a fast-paced, dynamic school which is a thriving organisation in Doha, Qatar, with highly supportive and collaborative structures to promote ongoing growth and development.

Candidates will be required to have their degree and transcripts attested by a notary public and stamped by the Qatari Embassy in the country where they were issued. Then, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar.

Interviews will be held in September/October 2026, and shortlisted candidates will be observed teaching. Interviews will be arranged in Doha for those already living locally or via video call for international candidates.

We reserve the right to close a position once we have received sufficient applications to form a shortlist. Early application is therefore encouraged.

Doha English Speaking School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful candidate must be willing to undergo enhanced safeguarding checks and provide an ICPC (International Child Protection Certificate) or a local national equivalent, as well as a police clearance for any country of residence over the last ten years. We also require a copy of your birth certificate, and a marriage certificate or deed poll documents for any name changes.
