Doha Academy is a growing group of schools located in the heart of Qatar’s cosmopolitan capital city. Established in 2000, Doha Academy currently comprises three schools, offering a KG–Year 13 British-based curriculum alongside the Qatar National Curriculum.

Position: Primary Class Teacher

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Class Teacher to join our dynamic team. As the group continues to expand, we are keen to meet suitably qualified and experienced practitioners who view teaching as a true vocation.

Contract type: Permanent

Curriculum: United Kingdom

Education stage: Primary / Elementary

Required qualifications and skills

Bachelor’s degree or B.Ed (face-to-face study)

Recognised teaching qualification

Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in an elementary/primary setting

Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong classroom management and lesson-planning skills

Ideal candidate profile
