Key Roles & Responsibilities Take full ownership of the spa's sales targets and overall performance. Lead and manage the spa team, including beauticians. Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base. Ensure appointment calendars are consistently full, and treatment rooms are operating at optimal capacity. Develop and execute sales and operational plans to drive the spa's success. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
