Seller Development Associate
Key Duties and Responsibilities Training Support
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing seller training programs and learning activities.
- Support the conduct of Foundation Training, Seller Onboarding, and other development programs.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, attendance records, evaluation forms, and other requirements.
- Monitor training participation, completion, and feedback. Seller Development
- Assist in identifying seller development needs through feedback, observations, and Seller Needs Analysis.
- Support the development of programs and activities that address identified seller needs.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure timely implementation of seller development initiatives.
- Monitor and document the effectiveness of development programs. Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales leaders, sellers, and internal departments regarding training and development requirements.
- Assist in organizing seller activities, site appreciation tours, meetings, and other Sales-related programs.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for SDG activities.
Research & Program Development
- Conduct basic research on real estate selling practices, market trends, competitor activities, and sales training trends.
- Assist in developing new training modules, learning materials, and seller engagement programs.
- Recommend relevant tools, practices, and learning approaches that may improve seller performance.
Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, seller participation, evaluations, and program results.
- Prepare reports and presentations for monitoring and management review.
- Organize and maintain SDG files, databases, and other documentation. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve SDG processes, training activities, and seller support services.
- Assist in implementing process improvements that enhance timeliness, quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support the use of digital and AI-assisted tools in training and seller development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in training, sales support, learning and development, administration, or a related function.
- Good communication, coordination, presentation, and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and comfortable using digital tools.
- Willing to handle training logistics, documentation, and coordination with different Sales teams.
