Expert Project Manager

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Expert Project Manager 3 days working from the office per week + 2 days remotely. (Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Łódź)

Daily tasks
- Lead change management activities for business process and technical changes
- Manage communication and alignment with business and technical stakeholders
- Coordinate change-related activities across application development teams
- Oversee change and release management processes in line with internal guidelines and procedures
- Facilitate information sharing and user upskilling activities
- Act as the single point of contact for change and release management within the programme
Requirements
Requirements: Proven experience in project or programme management within a large organization, with 5+ years of experience Strong experience in change and release management Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Very good command of English, both spoken and written Nice to have: Practical knowledge of z/OS mainframe environments Experience working in a highly regulated industry Proven experience in facilitating information sharing and upskilling initiatives
