Position Title: Senior Advisor – Technical Strategy & Governance

• Provide independent and forward-looking technical advice aligned with business strategy.
• Analyze complex technical issues and propose feasible solutions.
• Support solution design and evaluation to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Review vendor proposals and system architectures, offering optimization recommendations.
• Assess vendor capabilities and support procurement compliance.
• Participate in contract negotiations with clear technical terms and SLAs.
• Maintain vendor relationships while ensuring accountability and delivery.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Develop contingency plans for business continuity.
• Mentor and guide technical staff, sharing best practices.
• Organize training and knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capacity.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Recommend innovative solutions such as digital platforms, automation, or cloud adoption.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language for executives.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and represent the company externally.
• Define measurable KPIs and evaluate project outcomes.
• Conduct reviews to capture lessons learned and improve practices.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and value.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 20 years international working experience, including new market developing, overseas branch internal management and operation analysis and project management • 12 years overseas bidding experience, familiar with EU region bidding progress, strong project management capability and risk identification ability.
