Loan Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and promote loan products. Assess client needs and recommend suitable credit products. Manage loan portfolios and monitor repayments.\ Meet monthly loan disbursement and sales targets. Follow up on overdue loans and support recovery efforts. Maintain strong client relationships and accurate loan records.

Requirements:

A minimum of a BSc degree/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in loan marketing, sales, or microfinance. Strong knowledge of loan products and credit processes. Proven ability to meet sales and business targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong client acquisition and relationship management abilities. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
