Graduate Trainee-Production

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily production activities.

Monitor production processes and report any deviations.

Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards.

Maintain accurate production records.

Support inventory and raw material management.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.

At least one (1) year of experience in a cosmetic, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing facility.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
