Education:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Tasks:

• Assign seats to passengers using computer reservation systems .
• Check passenger baggage to determine those which are oversized and overweight to ensure travel standards are met.
• Prepare boarding passes for passengers.
• Calculate load weights for aircraft compartments.
• Trace missing baggage and/or cargo shipments.
• Assist clients/guests with special needs.
• Attend boarding gates and assist pre-boarding passengers.
• Prepare and issue tickets and receipts.
• Provide customer service.
• Work with minimal supervision.

Security and safety:

Airport security clearance. Driver's validity licence check.

Weight handling:

Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Experience:

7 months to less than 1 year.
