Online Sales B2B Agent

Manage B2B orders accurately, including quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), billing, and lead follow-ups.

Communicate with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them throughout the sales process.

Achieve monthly sales targets through strong conversion, negotiation, and effective closing.

Handle B2B inquiries from end to end and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex requests.

Build long-term client relationships through follow-ups, cross-selling, upselling, and repeat orders.

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or B2B sales, preferably in the interior, furniture, or property industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proactive and target-oriented mindset.

Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.

Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Willing to conduct offline approaches/canvassing activities.

Presentable and customer-oriented.
