Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.

Promote products and actively drive sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and availability.

Process customer orders and payments accurately.

Follow up on customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.

Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled, and well-presented.

Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive sales floor.

Assist with stock checks and report low-stock or damaged items.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Support order fulfilment and dispatch across relevant sales channels.

Maintain accurate sales records and provide daily sales updates.

Work collaboratively with other store team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience A minimum of an HND 

Location: Surulere

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 Monthly
