Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for building strong consumer brands and driving business growth?

As Brand Manager HiPRO, you will own the Dutch HiPRO brand agenda while leading selected Benelux growth initiatives. Reporting to the Group Brand Manager Protein, you will help to shape brand strategy, drive innovation, execute impactful marketing programs and strengthen HiPRO leadership in the protein category.

Your key responsibilities :

• Brand & Business Leadership: Own growth, development & execution of annual plans and business performance
• Market Ownership: Understand the Dutch Protein market inside out & act as key HiPRO Marketing point of contact in the Netherlands
• Innovation & Portfolio Management: Lead innovation and renovation projects.
• Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development: Lead integrated campaign development & execution
• Sports Marketing & Partnerships: Drive ambassador programs, sponsorships and event activations to win at the "point of sweat".
• Cross-Functional Leadership: closely work with stakeholders across local and European teams

About you

To be successful in this role, you bring:

• Minimum 4 years of Brand Management experience within consumer goods industry
• Proven track record of delivering brand and business growth.
• Experience developing annual brand plans and growth strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
