Senior Strategist

Responsibilities:

Own strategic workstreams on assigned accounts, from research and insight gathering through to positioning documents and campaign narratives Build presentation-ready strategy decks and messaging frameworks to an international standard Support new business pitches with research, competitive analysis and narrative development Partner with Account Director to ensure strategic recommendations are grounded in market reality, not aspirational positioning Contribute to the agency's sector points of view on mining, energy, financial services and infrastructure

Requirements:

Experience in strategy, planning, research or communications, with agency experience preferred Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to turn raw information into a clear, defensible argument Confident, direct written communication, flowing prose over bullet-heavy templates Some exposure to financial, corporate or infrastructure communications is a strong advantage Comfortable presenting work directly to Account Director and, on occasion, clients
