Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel (Technology Industry)

The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal or Junior Legal Counsel to join our Singapore legal team. This is a hands-on role where you will own the day-to-day legal operations and contract management for the Singapore office, working closely with business teams and senior management.
What You Will Do
- Prepare, review, and manage routine commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts
- Track contract signing progress and maintain organised legal records, filing systems, and template libraries
- Assist with company filings, corporate maintenance, and statutory compliance matters
- Support compliance workstreams including KYC, basic due diligence, and maintenance of internal compliance records
- Provide general legal administrative and coordination support to the legal team
- Liaise with internal business teams and external counsel as required
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related discipline; Singapore legal education background preferred
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and comfortable managing multiple tasks independently
- Familiarity with common office software and basic AI tools
- A collaborative team player with a strong service mindset
