Demand Planner

Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy.

Manage demand planning for multiple regions and consolidate forecasts.

Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, forecast fidelity, fill rate, and service levels.

Establish safety stock levels based on statistical models and business requirements.

Support S&OP (Sales &Operations Planning) processes and executive reporting.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation within forecasting processes.

Support new product launches with accurate demand projections.

Identify demand-related risks and opportunities and propose mitigation actions.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

3-7 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and planning tools

Advanced Excel skills (Power BI , Power Query , ….Etc)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
