Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Singapore-incorporated companies and provide corporate secretarial support.
- Prepare directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, meeting minutes, notices and other statutory documents.
- Handle company incorporations, changes of directors, shareholders, company officers, registered addresses and share capital.
- Prepare and lodge statutory filings with ACRA through BizFile+, including annual returns.
- Maintain statutory registers, minute books and corporate records.
- Assist with share allotments, share transfers, changes in shareholding and company restructuring matters.
- Conduct customer due diligence, KYC and compliance checks on clients and relevant parties.
- Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
- Provide administrative support and perform other corporate secretarial duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Law or a related discipline.
- Relevant corporate secretarial experience is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements and BizFile+ is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
