Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Operation Executive to oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-departmental workflows, identify and resolve operational issues, and act as a key liaison between management and teams to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across warehouse, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Analyze and understand operational processes to identify bottlenecks and implement timely solutions
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between management and departments to align operational goals
- Track and follow up on outstanding operational tasks and issues to ensure timely resolution
- Monitor inventory levels, logistics schedules, and order fulfillment status to maintain operational accuracy
- Provide regular, detailed updates and reports on operational performance and issues to management
- Enforce adherence to company SOPs, safety protocols, and operational procedures to maintain compliance
- Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain management
- Demonstrated ability to understand and oversee comprehensive operational workflows
- Strong communication and coordination skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork
- Proactive, organized, and capable of independently solving operational problems
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
