Media Personnel

Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality promotional videos for the Company's real estate projects and services. Create engaging property tour videos, client testimonial videos, project progress updates, and promotional campaigns. Edit videos using professional editing software while ensuring excellent audio, color grading, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects. Develop short-form videos optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges and opportunities. Capture professional photos of Properties, Allocation events, Site inspections, Corporate events, Staff activities, Clients, Product launch Edit and retouch images for marketing and corporate use.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven experience in Graphic Design/Video Editing/Photography Proficiency in software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for visual storytelling. Design high-quality marketing materials including: Flyers, Brochures, Banners, Social media graphics Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
