Couve Health is looking for a full-time or part-time physiotherapist!

We are an integrated clinic providing a new age vibrant culture coupled along with the most qualified musculoskeletal clinicians and staff. Our leading-edge, evidence-based techniques are provided by Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, and Kinesiologists, all in one comprehensive experience.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Effectively diagnose and understand the patients? symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Develop and execute a personalized treatment plan in collaboration with your rehabilitation specialist for each of your patients.
• Provide patients with guidance on exercises to help improve health and increase quality of life.
• Accurately document each patient?s condition and progress.
• Build strong rapport with patients from a variety of backgrounds through effective communication.
• Understand how to implement new technology and software changes in the profession to enhance the patient?s experience.
• Participate in business and community development initiatives to drive new patients and growth.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education.
• In coordination with Dr. Nicholas Russell and the Management team, review compliance and performance quarterly to determine the level of support required.

*REQUIREMENTS*

• Licensed physiotherapist and in good standing with College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia.
• Appropriate Liability Insurance
• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Focused on growth and development of the team as a whole
