Social Commerce & Affiliate Specialist

Cosmo Colony is looking for a Social Commerce & Affiliate Specialist to join our team!

Job Description : •⁠ ⁠Manage and grow Cosmo Colony’s affiliate community, including recruitment, communication, and performance monitoring. •⁠ ⁠Create and manage daily TikTok content, including trend-based and relatable short-form videos. •⁠ ⁠Manage daily Instagram Stories for campaigns, products, events, and community activities. •⁠ ⁠Host 2-hour daily livestream sessions and engage with viewers to support sales. •⁠ ⁠Monitor social media, affiliate, and livestream performance and provide simple weekly reports. •⁠ ⁠Work closely with the Marketing & E-Commerce team on campaigns and promotions.

Requirements : •⁠ ⁠1–2+ years of experience in social media, affiliate, KOL/creator management, or live commerce. •⁠ ⁠Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends. •⁠ ⁠Talkative & Confident on camera and comfortable hosting livestreams. •⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills. •⁠ ⁠Creative, proactive, and hands-on. •⁠ ⁠Able to work with basic performance data and metrics. •⁠ ⁠Experience with TikTok Shop / Shopee Affiliate is a plus. •⁠ ⁠Beauty, skincare, FMCG, or e-commerce experience is a plus.

Working Hours Monday – Friday 🏢 09.00 – 16.00 — Work from office 🏠 19.00 – 21.00 — Livestream from home
