Facility Manager

Responsibilities:

Inspect all residences, grounds, pool and plant areas daily.

Supervise handymen, gardeners, cleaners and the housekeeper; manage attendance, shift schedules and relief cover.

Log, assign and close all requests in the MaintainX helpdesk with photo evidence.

Run the planned maintenance calendar, and direct and check specialist contractors.

Prepare the monthly client report and attend review meetings.

Requirements:

A minimum of an HND in a related field A minimum of 5 years of experience  Team leadership and supervision Facility or estate management electrical plumbing and water system knowledge Pump, pool, and AC knowledge Planned maintenance scheduling contractor management report writing helpdesk or CMMS use (Maintain or similar) discretion problem-solving clear communication
