Manufacturing Engineer

📍 Location: Binh Xuyen Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc Province 💼 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, enhance productivity, and support new product introduction activities within an automotive production environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Analyze cycle time, line balancing, capacity, and productivity improvement opportunities.
• Support NPI/NPD activities, process feasibility studies, and manufacturing readiness.
• Conduct time studies, manpower analysis, and production optimization.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects.
• Reduce cycle time, scrap, rework, downtime, and production costs.
• Support tooling, fixtures, jigs, and equipment improvement activities.
• Maintain PFMEA, Control Plan, standard operating procedures, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, NPD, PPC, Maintenance, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering within automotive industries.
• Experience with automotive components such as locksets, wiring harness, plastic injection, stamping, die casting, or assembly is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of: Process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, OEE and cycle time analysis, AutoCAD / SolidWorks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
