Site Engineer - Finishing Work
Supervise and monitor all finishing works at the project site.
Ensure that construction and finishing activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor the quality of finishing works and ensure compliance with required standards.
Follow up on daily site activities and report progress to the Project Manager / Site Management.
Review drawings and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure proper execution of works within the agreed project timeline.
Monitor materials used on-site and ensure they meet the required specifications.
Identify and report any site issues, delays, or discrepancies and support in finding appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper completion of finishing activities.
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to avoid conflicts and ensure proper project execution.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports and required documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Graduates from 2019 to 2022.
Previous experience in finishing works and construction sites is preferred.
Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and site execution.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to work at different project locations.
