Presales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Review customer requirements, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Prepare technical and commercial offers based on project requirements.

Coordinate with the sales, engineering, and other relevant departments to develop suitable solutions.

Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and other required presales documents.

Follow up on submitted offers and support the sales team throughout the sales process.

Ensure that proposals comply with project specifications and company standards.

Conduct market and competitor analysis when required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in presales, technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.

Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Ability to work effectively with multiple departments and meet deadlines.

Elevator/escalator industry experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Location: Industrial Area, New Cairo

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
