front desk agent

Comfort Inn & Suites University is looking for a new Front Desk Agent to join their team.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

Duties include guest check in/out, pleasant and courteous guest service, taking reservations, phone answering, transaction accuracy, maintaining cleanliness and assisting in all other departments.

*Qualifications and Skills*

*Position demands communication/ organizational/ multitasking skills.

*Available for morning, evening , weekdays and weekends shift work.

*Required experienced hands on people person with Hotel and front desk background.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
