The ideal candidate should possess: Relevant Academic Qualifications

(e.g., Early Childhood Education, Childcare, or a related field) Proven Experience

At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a hotel, resort, or structured childcare setting Excellent Communication Skills

Fluency in English is essential; Creativity and Enthusiasm

Ability to plan, organize, and lead fun, age-appropriate activities, such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling, and outdoor play Strong Interpersonal Skills

A warm and approachable personality, capable of building trust and positive rapport with both children and parents Team-Oriented Mindset

Willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments and contribute to a positive work environment Responsibility and Safety Awareness

A strong sense of accountability for children’s wellbeing and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and clean play area Flexibility and Reliability
