KOL Livestream Development Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Shopee Livestream Specialist, you will be responsible for growing COLORKEY's livestream business through both KOL/KOC collaborations and Shopee Store Live operations.

1. KOL/KOC Livestream Management

• Identify, recruit, and develop new KOL/KOC livestream partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, KOCs, MCNs, and livestream agencies.
• Propose attractive collaboration models and incentive mechanisms to maximize sales performance.
• Coordinate livestream schedules, campaign execution, and promotional activities.

1. Shopee Store Live Operations

• Plan, execute, and optimize Shopee Store Live sessions.
• Monitor livestream performance, including traffic, engagement, conversion rate, GMV, and ROI.
• Develop and continuously improve livestream SOPs, operational processes, and incentive mechanisms.
• Analyze livestream data and recommend actionable improvements to increase sales performance.

1. Platform & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Maintain strong relationships with Shopee Category Managers and Platform Representatives.
• Secure official platform resources and participation opportunities for major livestream campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Design, Supply Chain, and Brand teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Prepare regular reports and performance analyses for management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Livestream Operations, Affiliate Marketing, or KOL/KOC Management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee Live is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of livestream sales, affiliate marketing, and social commerce.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize results.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
• Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and e-commerce trends is a strong advantage.
• Good at English for communication.

WORKING HOUR & LOCATION:

• Working Hour: Monday - Friday at 9AM - 6PM and Saturday at 8:30AM - 12:30PM (WFH)
• Location: Colorkey VN Building, 39/5 Tran Nhat Duat, Ward Tan Dinh, HCMC
