Maintenance Manager

Supervision of Maintenance Teams: Lead and direct the maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and assign tasks.

Train and develop technical staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Develop scheduled maintenance plans for equipment, machinery, and production lines.

Respond to emergency breakdowns and carry out repairs promptly to minimize downtime.

Inventory & Spare Parts Management: Monitor spare parts inventory and request necessary supplies.

Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality.

Safety & Quality: Enforce occupational health and safety standards in all maintenance activities.

Ensure all work complies with technical specifications and quality standards.

Reporting & Planning: Prepare periodic reports on equipment status and maintenance costs.

Propose improvements to reduce costs and increase equipment efficiency.

Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Procurement departments to ensure smooth operations.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, including 2 years in a managerial role.

Experience in an industrial environment (paints or chemicals industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and team management.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
