Department: Customer Service & Supply Chain We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Supply Chain Officer to manage supply chain and customer care operations for our Singapore business unit. The role covers demand forecasting, inventory and replenishment planning, inbound logistics and the end-to-end customer order lifecycle. Working closely with sales teams, suppliers and logistics partners, you will ensure product availability, timely deliveries and responsive customer service while maintaining efficient inventory levels. Demand Planning Develop demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, sales team projections and customer insights.

Coordinate with the sales team to understand current requirements and anticipated customer demand.

Align demand forecasts with supply planning to support product availability and timely order fulfilment.

Inventory & Supply Planning Plan inventory levels, purchasing and replenishment to balance customer demand with product availability.

Monitor stock levels and optimise inventory to support service requirements and efficient stock management.

Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, replenishment schedules and supply requirements.

Identify and address potential supply gaps to maintain continuity of supply.

Inbound Logistics Coordinate the movement of goods into the business, including transportation, shipping and customs clearance.

Monitor inbound shipments and ensure timely replenishment to meet current and forecast customer demand.

Work with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve shipment delays and delivery issues.

Ensure the completion and accuracy of relevant shipping and customs documentation.

Customer Service & Sales Administration Manage the complete customer order lifecycle, from quotations and order entry through to delivery and returns.

Validate order details, coordinate schedules and process order amendments accurately.

Keep customers informed about order status, availability, delivery timelines and changes.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order-related enquiries and fulfilment issues.

Manage customer service cases in Salesforce and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

Outbound Logistics Coordinate deliveries from the warehouse to customer locations.

Work with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure accurate and timely dispatch.

Maintain required delivery documentation and ensure compliance with applicable processes.

Communicate with customers on delivery arrangements and resolve delivery-related issues.

Performance Monitoring Monitor inventory and customer service performance using relevant systems and reporting tools, including Power BI and Salesforce.

Maintain accurate operational data to support reporting and decision-making.

Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience A degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related discipline.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in customer service and supply chain operations.

Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI.

Knowledge of ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP, would be an advantage.

Good command of spoken and written English.
