Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies. Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee placement. Maintain effective employee relations and handle workplace concerns Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes. Develop and implement staff training and development programmes. Manage disciplinary and grievance processes fairly and professionally. Support succession planning and talent development. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Advise management on HR matters and workforce planning. Promote a positive, ethical, and productive organizational culture.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.  Professional HR qualifications are an advantage. Minimum 5 years' relevant HR experience, preferably in banking, microfinance, or financial services. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and employment procedures. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
