Marketing Partnership Specialist

(Part-Time) – Bali

Location: Bali, remote-friendly Type: Part-time, flexible hours Pay: Starting IDR 1,250,000/month + commission (earn up to IDR 10,000,000+ in year 1)

About Us: Cinchy.life is a Bali-based, tech-driven travel company, redefining travel experiences. We're looking for a driven Marketing Partnership Specialist to grow our partnership channel and lead creative campaigns that boost engagement across our platform. This role has strong growth potential — high performers can move into a bigger marketing role with performance-based bonus upside.

What You'll Do:

• Manage partnership inbound and outbound — sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining partner relationships. (earn more commission)
• Grow the partnership channel as a key acquisition and retention driver.
• Create and execute a creative marketing campaign every month, collaborating with the social media, SEO, and ads teams.
• Focus on growing usage of Refer-a-Friend and Avo Points programs.
• Create 1 piece of content per week when needed (extra income provided for this).
• Track and report on partnership and campaign performance, iterating based on results.

What We Need:

• Experience in partnership management, business development, or marketing (1-3+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — comfortable owning relationships end-to-end.
• Creative thinker who can plan and execute campaigns, not just support them.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with social media, SEO, and ads teams.
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable tracking KPIs and adjusting strategy.
• Comfortable creating occasional content (photo/video/copy) as needed.
