Deputy Accounting Manager/Assistant Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage timely submission of all statutory filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support financial and tax audits.
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management to support decision-making.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Continuously assess and improve accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPD license) is required. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with accounting software systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
