Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the relevant team members.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and an organized service area.

• Respond positively to customer requests and feedback.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth service.

• Learn and follow the restaurant’s service standards and procedures.
