Field Operations & Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Promote and sell Chaskele Snacks products to customers and prospective clients. Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Coordinate and monitor product deliveries to customers. Conduct regular field visits to customers, retail outlets, and prospective clients. Support field marketing activities, product activations, promotions, and other sales initiatives. Monitor customer needs, feedback, and market trends, and communicate insights to management. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, sales activities, and field visits. Identify opportunities to increase product visibility, distribution, and sales within assigned areas.
