Kitchen Cook

Responsibilities:

Prepare breakfast meals according to recipes, portions, and order specifications Assemble and package orders accurately Follow daily production instructions and order details Maintain food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness Work efficiently to meet early-morning dispatch deadlines Support other kitchen activities as required Follow food safety, hygiene, and handling standards Assist during pop-ups and outdoor catering events

Requirements:

Gender: F emale Minimum 1 year of professional cooking/food preparation experience SSCE or equivalent Good reading, writing, and basic numeracy skills Able to follow recipes, portions, and instructions accurately Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety Neat, organized, and responsible Good physical stamina Candidate will resume work from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure Reliable and punctual, especially for the 4:00 a.m. start The candidate should live in these areas or be able to commute to the kitchen within approximately 30 minutes reliably
