Quality Engineer (Assembly Shop)

1) Ensure the efficient operation of the quality system in accordance with the requirements of the IATF 16949 system standard, including overseeing the preparation and conducting inspections of the external system. 2) In alignment with the requirements of the QOS system level and upgrade objectives, take charge of training and promoting initiatives within the factory/workshop to ensure the seamless and effective operation of the system. 3) Prepare a factory/workshop regulatory consistency control system and monitoring the implementation. 4) In overseeing the product quality from our suppliers during the production process, assume responsibility for managing production process claims, coordinating process quality measures, and placing a significant emphasis on the evaluation and management of our suppliers. 5) According to the conclusion of the disposal of major and batch problems in the market, be responsible for the implementation of claims for major and batch problems in the market to the responsible suppliers. 6) Responsible for the implementation of factory/workshop process audit and improve process quality assurance capabilities. 7) Accountable for the establishment and assessment of the factory/workshop quality team, with a focus on enhancing team capabilities and ensuring both continuous improvement and adherence to physical quality standards.

Qualifications: A minimum of 1 years of professional experience in automotive industrial Quality Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO9001) and vehicle production Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and meticulous quality assurance mindset. Can communicate in English and Thai.
