HR Training Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

1. Assess the training and development needs of all employees using a Training Needs Analysis.
2. Assist in creating a budget for all training and development initiatives.
3. Design specific training programs that target employees’ skill gaps and increase their productivity.
4. Research and reach out to external subject matter experts as needed.
5. Audit existing teaching materials and course aids and update them as required.
6. Assign trainers and educators to specific programs, provide them with the necessary training, and supervise their activities to ensure flawless implementation of all learning initiatives.
7. Define performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and prepare reports for management.
8. Other job assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications: A minimum 1 year of experience in training or related fields. Good in Chinese (Reading, Speaking, Writing, Listening) and can communicate in English. (HSK 5+) Experienced in Automotive industry are prefer. Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources management, language or a related field. Strong public speaking and presentation skills; ability to act as an internal trainer or MC. Proactive, energetic, and service-oriented personality. Proficient in MS Office and design tools. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems or E-learning platforms is a plus.
