Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience At least 5 years of Health care information technology (HCIT) consulting work experience At least 5 years of licensed clinical or health care work experience Registered Nurse State board certification Completed 2 projects within the last 3 years using the Consulting Framework Methodology

Preferred Qualifications At least 8 years People management work experience Cerner Millennium experience Project Management experience

We create software solutions to support clinicians and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare organisations worldwide, and we are looking for a Principal /Lead Clinical Consultant to join an exciting project across Region Västra Götaland (VGR) for an integrated digital healthcare environment, replacing many existing IT systems in hospitals and primary care facilities. for a comprehensive solution. The new system includes a service to manage the health of their 1.6 million citizens and a modern digital care system that allows for increased patient participation, safer patient experience, and improved work environment for healthcare professionals.

As Principal/Lead Clinical Consultant, you will partner with Cerner client stakeholders to form relationships and holistically impact client clinical performance, satisfaction and clinical and business outcomes during project engagements. Your responsibilities will include guiding internal project teams through workflow and clinical design recommendations in complex client environments as well as leveraging continuous process improvement techniques to promote improvements in quality of care and patient safety. You will act as the final point of exaction contact for clinical workflow integration risks and issues and partner with engagement management team to influence project strategy and drive outcomes in addition to driving organizational and internal team imperatives.
