Registered Nurse

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients.

Monitor patients’ vital signs and general health conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during clinical procedures.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

Educate patients and their families on healthcare, medications, and preventive care.

Identify and report changes in patients’ conditions promptly.

Maintain proper infection-prevention and control procedures.

Assist with patient admissions, assessments, and discharge procedures.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and provide basic life support when required.

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.

Follow established healthcare policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification.

Valid nursing registration/licence to practise in Nigeria.

B.NSc or equivalent nursing qualification is an advantage.

Previous clinical experience is an advantage, but suitable entry-level candidates may be considered.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and patient-care skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
