Cedar is a small, independent salon with holistic values at its core, an indie spirit, and a love for creative, individual style. We?re looking for a hairstylist who genuinely loves hair ? especially cutting and colour ? and wants to build a strong, loyal clientele in a supportive independent salon.
We?re looking for someone who:
- Has 1+ years of professional hairstyling experience
- Is passionate about cutting, colour, and creating individualized looks
- Takes pride in their craft and wants to keep learning and improving
- Is confident, curious, and open to mentorship and collaboration
- Listens well and understands that great consultations are part of great hair
- Builds genuine, respectful relationships with clients and coworkers
- Is reliable, professional, and takes responsibility for their work
- Is interested in building a loyal, long-term clientele
