Warehouse & Inventory Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Fabric Processing: Accurately measure and cut fabric inventory, including bedsheets, curtains, and related home textile materials, meeting exact customer and production specifications. Inventory Management: Organize, sort, and maintain fabric bundles systematically to optimize warehouse storage space and ensure rapid retrieval during peak operational hours. Order Fulfillment: Receive, process, and carefully package customer orders from the warehouse and wholesale inventory for timely dispatch and delivery. Customer Support: Assist walk-in wholesale customers by explaining product features, materials, and availability in a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner. Quality Control & Safety: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace while conducting routine quality checks on stock condition during handling, sorting, and packaging.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in fabric cutting or working within a textile, retail, or wholesale warehouse environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock movement and fulfill orders efficiently in a fast- paced setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting effectively with wholesale clients and team members. Basic literacy and numeracy skills for accurate order verification, stock counting, and inventory tracking.
