Social Media Content Specialist

Job Summary: Casa de Vie is looking for 1 person to join our social media team, managing content across Instagram, TikTok, and Threads. Responsibilities include content ideation, production (photo/video), posting, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

Familiar with Instagram (Reels/Story/Feed), TikTok, and Threads — understands each platform's content style and algorithm Basic photo/video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva, or similar) Creative, highly proactive, and communicative; comfortable writing catchy captions/threads Based in Malang / willing to work on-site A plus: owns personal equipment (camera, tripod, high-quality smartphone such as iPhone 15 Pro Max, etc.) Open to part-time or full-time arrangement based on mutual agreement Professional, discipline and honest
