Sales & Marketing Manager (Japanese Speaking) •Overseeing local and export sales. •Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales officer •Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and export •Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures •Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics •Responsible for preparing sales documents such as Sales Order, Invoice, documents related to sales, etc. •Responsible for coordinating with customers from receiving orders until delivering products to customers. •Responsible for communicating and coordinating within the organization to ensure smooth delivery. •Setting sales quotas and goals •Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team •Interpretation support for management (interpretation and translation at meetings and on-site)

Qualifications: Thai Nationality Female aged 35 or older, or Male aged 30 or older Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field At lease 5 years in sales & marketing Strong interpersonal communication Able to work multi-skills & well manage job duties Strong work ethic, self-motivation, integrity and honestly Can speak Japanese (JLPT N2) Good English Good computer skills Car license (Having own car is plus)
