• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor construction activities at the project site.
• Manage and control construction work to ensure it complies with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Review construction plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Analyze and resolve technical, engineering, and construction-related issues.
• Ensure construction activities are completed according to project schedules and requirements.
• Control and maintain construction quality in accordance with company and project standards.
• Coordinate and manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and tools required for projects.
• Prepare material and equipment requirements based on project plans and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations and negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
• Monitor the purchasing process to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on time and meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Control and monitor procurement costs to support efficient project budget management.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and material availability at the construction site.
• Promote and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Prepare project progress reports and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
• Support and supervise construction team members at the assigned project site.

Qualifications: Thai nationality. Male or Female (Male preferred). Age 35 - 45 years old. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Must hold a Professional Engineering License in Civil Engineering. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction standards, and construction methodologies. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to communicate and participate in meetings conducted in English. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams. Able to travel independently. Willing to work at different construction project sites. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
