Property Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Property Manager to oversee residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. This role involves ensuring properties are well-maintained, managing tenant relations, and maximizing property value through effective operations and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties including maintenance, leasing, and tenant services.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
• Handle tenant inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure high tenant satisfaction.
• Oversee lease administration including renewals, rent collections, and enforcing lease terms.
• Prepare regular financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to optimize property performance.
• Ensure compliance with local property laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize vacancies and increase profitability.
• Collaborate with senior management to align property operations with company goals.
• Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role within real estate.
• Strong knowledge of property management practices, local regulations, and leasing processes in UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong tenant and vendor relationships.
• Organized with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in property management or real estate are preferred.
