Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily hotel operations and staff activities. Coordinate different departments to ensure smooth service. Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with hotel standards. Handle guest concerns and resolve operational issues. Monitor cleanliness, customer service, and general hotel standards. Prepare reports and communicate operational issues to management. Ensure proper shift handovers and continuity of operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar hotel management role is required. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to supervise staff and handle challenging situations. Must be responsible, professional, and reliable. Ability to work flexible/24-hour shift schedules.
